Permanent Adhesives
Technicote utilizes a wide variety of acrylic and rubber based adhesives in permanent and removable grades to optimize the performance of your label application. We apply these adhesives in one of our four strategically located manufacturing facilities using Emulsion (water-based) and Hot Melt coating methods. Our ability to tailor the correct combination of adhesive, face stock, liner, release and coat weight means we can help you design a labeling application that exceeds your customer’s expectations.
A general purpose rubber based adhesive showing high initial tack with high shear and high ultimate adhesion. It has fair plasticizer, UV and solvent resistance.TP120 is not recommended for water immersion. This adhesive has good adhesion to most substrates.
An improved general purpose acrylic adhesive showing good initial tack, shear and high ultimate adhesion. It has a good plasticizer, UV and solvent resistance. This adhesive also displays excellent die-cutting and stripping traits & has excellent adhesion to many different substrates, with an application temperature of +25 F.

This adhesive displays excellent die-cutting and stripping characteristics and has good adhesion to many different substrates. Has been ACTS Tested and approved.
An outstanding general purpose adhesive that has good initial tack and good ultimate adhesion. It is recommended for high speed wide web processing and displays excellent die-cutting and stripping characteristics. It is frequently used for sock-rider applications.
A general purpose hotmelt adhesive with high initial tack and excellent ultimate adhesion. This adhesive demonstrates good resistance to water, UV, solvent and plasticizer. TP500 has outstanding adhesion to most plastic substrates, especially HDPE milk jugs.
A general purpose hotmelt adhesive with high initial tack and excellent ultimate adhesion. This adhesive demonstrates good resistance to water, UV, solvent and plasticizer. This adhesive has excellent die cutting characteristics for high speed, wide web processing. Excellent adhesion to corrugated and plastics.
A tri-bonded specialty clear acrylic adhesive featuring high initial tack, high shear & high ultimate adhesion with excellent clarity and minimum cold flow. It has outstanding plasticizer, UV, solvent, and occasional water and oil resistance. This is an acid free adhesive.

A specialty adhesive designed to adhere to hard to label surfaces with excellent ultimate adhesion when applied at temperatures as low as -20 F. Outstanding permanency at room temperatures. This adhesive has good plasticizer, UV & solvent resistance and high initial tack.
