Easy Access

Designed for labels and flexible packaging substrates, the MO-6 features printing widths up to 20” and repeat lengths of 18-25”. With a total weight of 3,600 kg, each unit features 11 high performance servo-motors for optimum precision. The unit provides very easy access from both the operator’s side and the gear side, simplifying press operations, roller handling, job change, and service. Furthermore, the unit includes an illuminated web inspection area.

Modern Ink Tower

A unique feature to the MO-6 offset unit is the modern, sturdy ink tower designed for high quality offset printing. The ink tower features chilled distributing rollers for precise temperature control, enhancing the use of low migration inks and increasing performance at speed. On top of that, a number of mutually independent oscillating rollers ensure optimum ink distribution and efficient prevention of ghosting.

In combination with the speed adjustable doctor roller, the high precision ink duct control allows all inking parameters to be saved for repeat job runs. The ink tower includes automatic sprinkler-based cleaning.

Quick Adjustments

A nice time and waste-saving feature, is the new handle for quick-change of the dampening roller. Additionally, rubber rollers are placed in slots for easy change and adjustment, and form rollers – also placed in slots, are adjustable from the operating side. The offset unit’s large 20" impression cylinder ensures maximum support of web at transfer point.
