Applications
The Poly Screen Plus inks are formulated to be clean printing and provide a strong, sharp image on a variety of treated film substrates. The inks have exceptional color strength for use with low volume, high line screen aniloxes.
Application and Special Characteristics: The Poly Screen Plus inks exhibit clean printing, low odor, improved press performance at a low pH, less maintenance, excellent stability and high definition color development. The Poly Screen Plus inks are formulated for use on extensible films, i.e. polypropylene and polyethylene. The Poly Screen Plus inks are the best choice for converters who desire to print one ink on both film and paper substrates. The lower pH levels minimize the potential negative interaction with some UV overprints. The Poly Screen Plus inks should be carefully evaluated for adhesion and end use properties on all substrates before printing.
